Our vision is to create a world in which individuals with sickle cell disease are empowered to live happy, hopeful and fulfilled lives, and are surrounded by a community that is aware, accepting and supportive of their needs.

Mission

Our mission is to ensure that individuals living with sickle cell disease are treated with dignity and compassion through advocacy, education and services. We will:

• Increase awareness through education of the community and activism.
• Educate patients and families around their rights in medical care, education and employment.
• Provide programs and services to help them achieve the highest quality of life.
• Advocate on their behalf at the local, regional and national levels to improve their well-being.
